Dr. Sanae Suzuki
Integrative. Functional. Holistic.
"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will instruct his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease." -Thoma Edison
MISSION
A Trauma-Informed Integrative Medicine, focusing on whole-person well-being & mental wellness.
Utilizing an integrative, functional, and holistic approach, my mission is to promote optimal health and well-being for my patients and communities. I believe that health is a complex and multi-dimensional concept that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual aspects of life.
My approach to health is integrative, which means I incorporate various disciplines and modalities of healthcare to provide comprehensive and individualized care. I also focus on the functional aspect of health by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health issues, rather than simply treating symptoms. By understanding the interconnectedness of one's systems and functions, I strive to restore balance and promote healing from the root cause.
In addition, my approach is holistic. When developing a treatment plan, I take the whole person, including lifestyle, environment, and social factors into consideration. I believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but rather a state of optimal physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
Through my integrative, functional, and holistic approach, I aim to empower individuals and communities to take an active role in their own health and well-being, and to support them in achieving their full potential.
My name, Sana, means healing and health in Latin. It is my sincerest wish to provide the same to my patients.
